AFP Museum

The Australian Federal Police Museum collects objects, photographs and information which relate to the history and work of the AFP and its predecessors. It provides for the long-term preservation, interpretation and research of the collection to foster an understanding and appreciation of the significant work of the AFP.

The AFP Museum is located at the AFP Complex, Weston, ACT. Although the Museum's exhibition space is currently closed, staff can assist with enquiries, research requests and donations to the Collection. Displays from the Museum can be seen in the Canberra Headquarters foyer, Barton College, the Winchester Centre and Sydney HQ foyer.

The AFP Museum continues to seek donations of objects and photographs which will help showcase the story of the Australian Federal Police to current and future generations. If you would like to donate to the Museum, please use the contact details at the bottom of this page.
