Witnesses sought to pharmacy burglary

ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to the burglary of the Calwell Pharmacy in Webber Crescent in which a safe containing an amount of drugs was stolen.
The offenders are believed to have gained access to the pharmacy between 6.10pm Sunday and 8.25am Monday. In addition to the safe, an amount of money was stolen from the pharmacy.
Police would like to issue a safety warning to the ACT community. The drugs stolen could be dangerous if taken without a doctor’s prescription or without medical supervision.
Anyone who may have seen suspicious behaviour, or a suspicious vehicle in or around the Calwell shops late on Sunday night, or through the early hours of Monday morning, is urged to contact police on Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.Media enquiries:
