Driver detected at 110km/h over the limit

ACT Policing will summons a 19-year-old P-plate driver after he was allegedly detected travelling at 190km/h on Monaro Highway just after midnight on Saturday morning (June 2).
The male driver, from Gordon allegedly passed an unmarked police vehicle travelling at 190 km/h in the 80km/h zone. A traffic stop was affected on the vehicle and the driver and the three occupants spoken to by police.
He will be summonsed to appear in the ACT Magistrates Court at a date yet to be fixed, to answer a charge of dangerous driving.
