Burglary in Fadden; man arrested

ACT Policing have arrested an 18-year-old man after a burglary was reported in Fadden yesterday (March 11).
Police were called to the Bugden Avenue address after a neighbour had witnessed two unknown males leaving the premises.
The neighbour provided descriptions of the men to police who located one of the alleged offenders in parkland near by.
Police will allege the male was carrying property believed to have been stolen during the burglary.
Despite an extensive search by police the second male was unable to be located.
The alleged offender, of no fixed abode, will face the ACT Magistrates Court today charged with burglary, theft and unlawful possession of stolen property.
