The Australian Federal Police is responsible for the collection, collation and recording of court outcomes relating to criminal and traffic prosecutions.
We provide assistance under the provisions of section 8 of the Australian Federal Police Act 1979 (Comlaw) to members of the public, businesses and organisations that require various entitlements such as employment and security checks. We also provide information to foreign law enforcement agencies, prosecution and judicial services.
