All Staff Survey

What is the AFP All Staff Survey?

The AFP All Staff Survey is an annual survey which is used to collect information from employees on important topics in the workplace. It collects opinions including:

  • Leadership
  • Health and wellbeing
  • Engagement, commitment & loyalty and satisfaction
  • Experiences within the AFP workplace

All AFP appointees and contractors are invited to voluntarily participate in the all staff survey.

Why do we undertake the AFP All Staff Survey?

The AFP is committed to maintaining a healthy workplace culture where our people feel safe, connected, respected and engaged. The all staff survey allows our people to tell us what we’re doing well and where we can improve.  It also keeps us all accountable and enables us to track our efforts against areas of improvement.
