Layla Leisha located and recovered

This is a joint media release between the Australian Federal Police (AFP) and the Family Court of Australia

On 30 September 2018, the Australian Federal Police (AFP) located and recovered Layla Leisha.

Layla had been missing since 2014 at which time the Family Court of Australia issued a recovery order. Police investigations lead to the recovery of Layla yesterday.

The AFP would like to thank the public and media for their continued interest and support in the matter.
