Victoria Police, the Australian Federal Police and the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation (ASIO), which form the Joint Counter Terrorism Team, have executed further warrants today as part of an ongoing operation in Melbourne. Warrants have been executed this morning at residential properties in Tarneit, Coolaroo, Glenroy and Berwick as part of Operation San Jose.

Four men and three women have been arrested as part of an ongoing joint-agency investigation into alleged identity crime offences, which has uncovered the alleged corruption of a Commonwealth government employee.

A Werribee man arrested as part of an operation by the Victorian Joint Counter Terrorism Team has been charged and remanded in custody, after appearing before court  this afternoon.

Detectives from the Joint Anti Child Exploitation Team (a partnership between SAPOL's Special Crimes Investigation Branch and the Australian Federal Police) have arrested a 45-year-old Riverland man for possession of Child Exploitation Material.
