AFP member charged with bail breach offence
An AFP employee has been charged with contravening bail conditions, imposed after an arrest late last year (2023), and will appear before the ACT Magistrates Court today (18 January, 2024).
The employee, was charged by ACT Police, on 17 January, 2024 and has been suspended from duties.
The AFP is committed to transparency.
No further comment will be made while this matter is before the court
