AFP member charged with breach of Family Violence Order
An AFP employee has been charged with contravening the conditions of a Family Violence Order and will appear before the ACT Magistrates Court today (22 February, 2024).
The employee was charged by ACT Police on 21 February, 2024 and has been suspended from duties.
The AFP is committed to transparency.
No further comment will be made while this matter is before the court.
