AFP statement: AFP employee stood down from duties
A senior AFP employee has received a Court Attendance Notice after they were involved in a single vehicle collision yesterday (17 November, 2023) and returned a 'Level 3' alcohol concentration reading.
The AFP employee will appear in an ACT Court on 19 March, 2024.
The AFP employee has been stood down from duties.
The AFP is committed to transparency.
