Staff surveys
We're committed to maintaining a healthy workplace culture where our people feel safe, connected, respected and engaged.
Each year we conduct an all staff survey, enabling our people to tell us what we’re doing well and where we can improve. It also keeps us accountable and enables us to track our efforts against areas of improvement.
The survey collects information from our employees on important topics in the workplace, including:
- leadership
- health and wellbeing
- engagement, commitment, loyalty and satisfaction
- experiences within the AFP workplace.
All AFP appointees and contractors are invited to voluntarily participate in the all staff survey.
